- Work closely with warehouse manager to manage production, staffing, performance, schedules, and inventory levels.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the department.
- Effectively lead and delegate to department associates.
- Coordinate and effectively communicate daily transactions with warehouse manager.
- Contribute to continuous improvement process.
- Ensure safety of team members.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area.
- Must be able to work in cooler temperatures.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and work consistently with all food safety, quality and sanitation requirements.
- Microsoft Office experience is required.
- SAP and AS400 experience preferred but not required.
- Prior warehouse supervisory experience is required.
- Requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Other duties as assigned.
