    The Project Manager will work closely with internal teams and customers in order to ensure manufacturing contracts are delivered on time.

    The Project Manager will oversee projects from ideation through completion and will manage several moving parts simultaneously while keeping internal and external stakeholders informed of progress.

    My client is a family owned, contract medical device manufacturer based in Charlotte, NC.

    They work on medical devices in Class I, II, and III and are looking to add to their growing project management team as they continue to win more and more contracts and expand.

    Leading projects for disposable medical devices from conception to production.
    Communicating project issues and status updates to customers.
    Preparing and facilitating product development and quality planning, including project schedules, resources, budgets, and Design and Development Plans.
    Participating in the project quotation process.
    Strategizing project management approaches considering customer satisfaction and the company's success.
    Coordinating timing and resources across departments for personnel and equipment.
    Identifying resource requirements for each project and relaying plans to Senior Management.
    Collaborating with external vendors on sourcing catheter materials, components, and processing.

    Driving project deliverables completion, monitoring scope and timelines, and liaising with Business Development to ensure accurate quoting and execution.

    Contributing to technical and design aspects when feasible to enhance project outcomes.
    Identifying opportunities to enhance the project management team and communicating needs to Senior Management.

    Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering
    ~3+ years of medical device or contract manufacturing experience
    ~ Product / Project management experience
    ~ FDA and ISO regulatory requirements familiarity
