    What You'll Do:

    Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Planning and Logistics, the candidate will provide multi-faceted support to ensure effective and smooth functioning of Management offices. The candidate will also coordinate information which requires the Managing Director's immediate attention or feedback and keep the Managing Director and the Department informed of status.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    The successful candidate should have the ability to perform the following duties and responsibilities:

    Management Office Support

    • Ensure orderly flow and control of documents for execution.
    • Coordinate and manage the schedules of the MD, DMD, and CEVO, as required.
    • Accurate and timely distribution of all memos and correspondence.
    • Arrange efficient and cost-effective travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and submit expense reports timely and accurately.
    • Independently arrange meetings for both internal and external clients.
    • Coordinate the proper communication of travel for Management with NADBank units and departments, as required.
    • Coordinate the timely delivery of required briefings for Management by unit or department.
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of all Bank administrative and operating guidelines and practices.
    • Support the Secretary of Board of Directors
    • Support scheduling and communication with the Board of Directors.
    • Support planning logistics and execution of Board of Director meetings.

    Other duties

    • Support the execution of NADBank Summit logistics and other events hosted by NADBank.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Education and Experience:

    • Undergraduate degree in business administration, management, international affairs, or economics preferred or six years of related experience in lieu of educational requirements or a combination thereof.
    • Experience using Microsoft Office, client relationship management systems, expense software and travel planning.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Proven superior skills in delivering work through efficient, effective, and timely planning and administration.
    • Good practical problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to analyze, prioritize, and coordinate internal tasks.
    • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
    • Analytical ability and resourcefulness in performing varied administrative tasks.
    • Demonstrated good judgment and a high degree of commitment to the job
    • Ability to thrive in and contribute to a bicultural work environment.
    • Uses discretion and judgement and maintains high-level of confidentiality.
    • Strong preference for bilingual capacity in Spanish and English
