    As the Regional IT Support Administrator, we are looking for:

    • Self-starter mentality showing initiative and recognize opportunities to improve processes and the organization
    • Comfortable digging in and getting your hands dirty with a variety of IT and business challenges
    • Ability to clearly communicate your ideas, progress, challenges, and lessons learned
    You will be responsible for:
    • Responding to and resolving tickets on the helpdesk within reasonable time frames
    • Providing support remotely and on site
    • Servicing, repair, configuration of PCs, servers, and network equipment
    • Assisting with research and implementation of solutions for new products and service offerings along with other system engineers
    • Rollouts of new installations, network upgrades, projects
    • Process improvement opportunities
    • Help establish ITSM solutions and processes
    • Create, edit, and clean-up internal knowledge base documentation
    • Run, monitor, evaluate, and improve ITSM reports
    • Analyze reporting data to identify trends, then present analysis to the team for in-depth discussion and review
    • ITSM application dashboard creation/improvement and ticket portal upkeep
    • Travel no more than 25%
    • Other duties as assigned
    Working Knowledge of:
    • Windows Server OS
    • Active Directory
    • Windows 10/11
    • VMware ESXi and vCenter
    • Google Workspace
    • Core Networking and Security Infrastructure (Fortinet/Cisco)

    Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
    • 5yrs network/server experience with technical support and troubleshooting abilities
    • Current MCSE, MCITP, or equivalent qualification
    • Excellent decision making and problem-solving capability in a very fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent organizational skills
    • Effective interdepartmental communication skills
