We're looking for a Marketing Associate who is a true jack/jill-of-all-trades—someone who can plan, execute, design, write, analyze, and iterate across every major marketing channel.
+Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel B2B marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Reddit, Search, Display CTV and email.
- Build and execute drip programs remarketing flows nurture tracks ABM sequences Manage Octane11's content calendar across blog social speaking events product launches partner announcements Write edit clear compelling marketing copy ads website pages social posts landing pages email campaigns brochures scripts event collateral Collaborate with product sales translate complex analytics simple engaging messages Produce lightweight design assets Canva Figma Cut short-form video clips LinkedIn events product explainers Manage light video editing formatting Update the Octane11 website landing pages SEO basics lead capture flows conversion optimization data experimentation Support planning execution industry events webinars partner sessions fireside chats Coordinate logistics drive attendance create supporting content amplify across social email Leverage AI tools content generation analytics workflows competitive research creative iteration Continuously experiment new AI-driven processes accelerate speed improve output quality Own weekly monthly reporting channel performance conversion quality pipeline contribution ROI Identify insights measure impact inform spend allocation 2+ years experience in B2B marketing demand gen digital product marketing or similar Hands-on experience multi-channel execution paid media web Strong writing editing skills ability turn technical concepts crisp engaging content Experience with Martech platforms HubSpot Marketo Pardot Mailchimp CRM platforms Salesforce HubSpot Familiarity AI tools ChatGPT Midjourney ElevenLabs eager to experiment Can-do attitude manage multiple priorities fast-paced team environment Strong written spoken English skills Logistics Octane11 is Remote First company globally distributed offices All team members must be able to work during US-East time zone business hours For non-US residents this is an Independent Contractor position To be considered please send us form response link below better evaluate your qualifications
