    HR Coordinator IV


    Summary:


    The main function of a Human Resources Coordinator is perform the administrative functions, such as building AI reference documents for Performance, as well as supporting Managers and HRBPs in operational and administrative tasks to support our Performance cycle activities, including managing comment/question queues and resolving data or systems-related issues.


    Responsibilities:
    Build use case reference data for generative AI to be used in the Performance cycle.

    This will include building, tagging and structuring ideal feedback into the generative AI model to help ensure the technology can learn and understand how to advise managers and employees in drafting high-quality feedback in our Performance product (PMT).

    Complete all required labeling for machine learning engineering team to utilize in training Performance AI to generate high-quality feedback and also provide tips to improve feedback or Performance writing.

    Support HRBPs, Managers and Employees during the mid-year and year-end Performance cycles by responding to comments/questions as well as resolving data in our Performance system to enable HRBPs, Managers and Employees to have a high-quality experience during the cycle.

    Coordinate and liaise with a cross-functional team of program managers, engineers, triage team and product managers to resolve escalations related to systems or programmatic inquiries during the Performance cycle to ensure resolution of all cases and provide clear communication to HRBPs, Managers and Employees.


    Skills:
    Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
    Knowledge of HR policies and procedures related to performance practices (i.e., goals, feedback, evalautions).
    Knowledge of performance systems.
    Previous experience with computer applications, such as Google Docs/Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

    Education/Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required.
    3+ years experience in HR as a Generalist, Performance or Talent Management.


    Pay range is $25 - $30 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
