    Job Summary:


    The primary purpose of this position is to support and assist in the management of general accounting and operational processes in an effort to ensure the production of accurate financial reports and adherence to regulatory requirements for Caregiver and Companion Services.

    The Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting and assisting the Senior Director, Senior Operations Manager, and Program Director(s) in the management of financial data and supporting the delivery of services.


    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business Management, Healthcare and/or Social Service field.
    • Understanding of fundamental accounting principles and 3-5 years of experience in Accounting or a related field.
    • Proficiency in financial management software, CRM, and Microsoft Excel.
    • Knowledge of budgeting process.
    • Ability to think analytically, problem solve, and complete work that is subject to strict deadlines.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
