    As a Manufacturing Production Associate at Far Bank Enterprises, you'll jump into the exciting world of manufacturing on beautiful Bainbridge Island. If you're new to the role, expect hands-on training to get you up to speed quickly. Your day-to-day could involve tasks like operating machinery, inspecting products for quality, assembling components, and following production schedules closely.

    Join a supportive team focused on excellence and innovation in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Depending on the shift, you may find yourself in 1st Shift - Rods Production from 4am to 2:30pm, 1st Shift - Blanks Production from 5am to 3:30pm, 2nd Shift - Rods Production from 2:45pm to 1:15am, or 2nd Shift - Blanks Production from 1:30pm to 12am.     Are you the Manufacturing Production Associate we're looking for?

    To thrive as a Manufacturing Production Associate at Far Bank Enterprises, bring your can-do attitude and willingness to learn Basic computer skills are a plus, as you may need to use software to record production data or communicate with team members. Familiarity with hand tools and machinery is beneficial, but don't worry if you're new to this - we'll provide the training you need to succeed. Attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to follow instructions closely are key skills for excelling in this role.
