We're seeking an expert with a strong focus on configuring SAP Product Costing (COPC) and Materials Ledger (ML) functionalities within the SAP S4 system.

This individual should also possess expertise in integrating with PP, SD, and MM modules. Additionally, consultants should have hands-on working experience across various manufacturing Industry such as discrete, repetitive, and process manufacturing.

Project Delivery and Production Support:
Participate in SAP projects in Manufacturing Accounting and SAP Controlling (CO). Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. In addition, work with various costing groups and manufacturing team on provide production support.

Skills and attributes for success

Should be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable interfacing with business team members and key stakeholders on a daily basis. This role requires daily interaction with business users and SMEs.

Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology skills.

Ability to lead project teams and coordinate with cross functional team members in IT and non IT functions.
A strong work ethic.

To Qualify, Candidates Must Have:
Minimum 10+ Years of FICO experience
Minimum 5+ years SAP Product Costing (COPC), Materials Ledger and general FICO area.
A bachelor's degree and more than 5 years of related work experience in manufacturing, product costing.
At minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP Controlling modules especially Product Costing (COPC) and ML
Familiarity with SAP Finance integration to PP, SD, MM .

Configuration of FICO and Product Costing functionality in SAP S4 system along with the knowledge on SAP FICO and Product Costing processes for Business Transformation project.

Proven Expertise in SAP product costing with experience in discrete, repetitive and process manufacturing environments
At least 4 years of SAP experience implementing SAP S/4 Hana FICO and SAP Product Costing with experience in intercompany trading scenarios (STO, direct shipment, 3rd party, etc.), Material ledger and Actual costing impact on S4, COPA (Account Based/ Cost Based/Combined Profitability Analysis) and Profit Center/ Cost Center Accounting and reporting requirements
Understanding of FICO integration points to other modules such as PP, SD, MM
Experience executing a business blueprint and documenting business requirements that can be understood by a technical process team.
Development of project documentation, training materials, requirements gathering, and project management methodology experience required.
Experience with all aspects of financial and management accounting within an ERP system.
