    The Technical Project Manager is accountable for the success of all projects under their supervision.

    They plan, execute, and implement all projects to deliver intended client outcomes, ideally on time, on budget, and within scope according to client priorities.

    Throughout the lifecycle of these projects, the Project Manager is responsible for making appropriate tradeoffs with project teams to mitigate any issues or risks.

    In addition, the Technical Project Manager will analyze business processes and participate in the definition, documentation, testing, training, implementation, and support of these processes.

    The successful candidate will have the initiative and thoroughness to support multiple projects, the professionalism to effectively collaborate with, and influence, multiple client stakeholders as well as the creativity and tenacity to drive activities to completion.

    Responsibilities

    Partner with clients to define success metrics and criteria.
    Ensure client objectives, expectations, and requirements are met on time, within budget and scope.

    Meet client objectives by helping our consultant teams map out reasonable milestones and appropriately sized User and Technical Stories, and Tasks.

    Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered, including developing and driving mitigation plans.

    Track progress against predefined milestones and communicate to internal and external stakeholders project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and timeline updates.

    Maintain comprehensive project documentation, develop communication plans and interfaces to actively engage clients.
    Serve as Subject Matter Expert in briefing stakeholders on assigned initiatives.
    Provide accurate forecasts of time and performance to relevant client stakeholders.
    Provide effective servant leadership of teams and processes.
    Bring experience and attitude that consistently builds a collaborative, transparent, positive environment internally and externally.
    Become a trusted advisor to our clients.

    Demonstrate knowledge of Agile values, Kanban and Scrum frameworks, and have the ability to manage projects effectively using these approaches, including managing specified acceptance criteria.

    Requirements


    5+ years Technical Project Management experience with a proven track-record of execution in a fast-moving, fast-growing data analytics consulting environment in a client-facing role.

    3+ years experience in Agile delivery using Asana and GSuite tools, Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
    Familiarity with data engineering & analytics technology and concepts, incl. the Technology solutions in the ecosystem e.g. Snowflake, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure, Looker, Fivetran, etc.
    Keen detail oriented project manager who can also see the larger picture and synthesize that into smaller delivery components.
    Ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
    Self-motivated to manage action items, with a bias towards action and resolution.
    Experience managing a project team, ideally in a technology and engineering environment.
    PMP or CSM and other Agile certifications are a plus, but not required.
