    We're Looking for a Leadership Development Trainer at Alta Resources!

    The Leadership Development Trainer at Alta Resources is entrusted with overseeing the Leadership Development training program. In collaboration with the Vice President, Global Talent, the role involves assessing leadership training needs, setting goals, delivery options, and timelines.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Update leadership development curriculum based on best practices
    • Conduct Leadership Development Training for leaders of all levels
    • Develop and evaluate goals and objectives of training program
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize business needs for additional training
    • Incorporate performance data feedback into training materials
    • Implement various training methods to meet learning objectives
    • Develop training assessments and evaluations
    • Ensure accurate training records are maintained
    • Execute coaching initiatives for leaders post-training
    • Encourage active engagement of leadership trainees
    • Stay updated on industry trends and adult learning practices

    Leadership Responsibilities

    The position involves supervising and fulfilling leadership responsibilities in line with organizational policies and laws. Duties include employee management, work direction, performance appraisal, and issue resolution. Active leadership and Six Sigma application are essential.

    Qualifications

    • Strong background in leadership development and adult learning
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Understanding of leadership principles and emotional intelligence
    • Coaching, counseling, and training abilities
    • Design and implement training curriculum effectively
    • Experience with Learning Management Systems
    • Ability to collaborate with teams
    • Passion for consumer experience and team development

    Education & Experience

    Bachelor's degree required along with five years of training and leadership experience, preferably in a Contact Center environment.

    Technology Skills

    The role demands proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, e-learning authoring tools, and adaptability to new technologies introduced by the Client and Alta Resources.
