    Our Care Partners (Caregivers) provide direct care to our senior residents following a personalized treatment plan.     What will you do as a Care Partner?
    • Assist the residents in activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while following community protocol, licensing regulations, and guidelines for both resident and employee safety.
    • Prioritize independence and provide emotional support to the residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
    • Encourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs.
    • Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
    If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:
    • Positive team player attitude and love working with people
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Current caregiver training/certification as specified by a state agency or the willingness/ability to obtain.
    • Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
    • Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
