Prestigious Community Bank that prides itself on being family oriented, located in Queens, New York, seeks an Operations Officer, AVP, VP OR SVP depending on experience. Own and execute bank operations, retail, digital and deposit operations; manage core banking Fiserv DNA & on-line/mobile banking. ON-SITE

Successful candidate will be responsible for promoting teamwork, enhancing the bank's digital and physical customer experience. Perform and oversee direct cash management operations, ACH, wires and mobile deposit, all required functions for day to day electronic banking operations. Develop products that leverage cutting edge technology, maintain high audit and financial results, and create alignment across the retail network with values of the bank.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience

5-6 years of direct experience in Bank Deposit Operations

4-5 years of Management experience

Understanding of bank policy and regulations

Fiserv DNA

Ability to multi-task and prioritize

Highly organized and detail oriented
