Overview
Full-time days are available for highly skilled and compassionate physical therapists (PTs) seeking a fulfilling career in home care with Amedisys, a reputable home health and hospice company in the U.S.

Attractive Pay

$117,000 to $140,400

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting patients in maintaining, restoring, and enhancing movement, activity, and function.
Delivering interventions, conducting reexaminations (at least every 30 days), adjusting interventions as needed, and executing discharge planning.
Performing other assigned duties.

Qualifications

Current PT license specific to your assigned state.
Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy educational program.
At least one year of relevant physical therapy experience for PTs entering home health care to ensure competence in providing services safely.
If less than one year of experience, consent from regional clinical leaders is necessary, along with appropriate mentoring or involvement in a residency program.
Valid CPR certification.
