Seasonal General Laborer

UCH is a Philadelphia-based property management company with significant real estate holdings in and around the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Our current portfolio consists of 4,000 residential units and 250,000 square feet of commercial space.

UCH is actively seeking energetic and motivated General Laborers to join our team in Roxborough this summer

Seasonal General Laborer Duties include but are not limited to:

• Moving and rearranging furniture
• Inspecting apartments
• Recording and documenting pre-existing damages
• Light maintenance as needed
• Additional duties as requested by management

Seasonal General Laborer Qualifications Required:

• Background check required
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Previous custodial/grounds//moving experience a plus
• Able to commute to Roxborough
