Description
EnviroSmart dba ES-Integrated is seeking a Accounting Manager to
assist Controller and Management with reporting and reconciliations related to payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable as well as provide back support to Payroll Administrator.
Cash Management:
Void checks in system, initiate wire and ACH payments, issue stop payments as needed, and scan necessary documents
Pull aged A/P to determine payments due and decide based on case volume which items to pay weekly
Funding of 401K and per diem accounts
Payroll:
Help Payroll Administrator with all payroll related issues and policy questions for weekly/bi-weekly payroll. Backup to Payroll Administrator
Balance payroll accounts monthly
Payroll Reports:
Certified Payroll Reports
Health & Welfare Hours Reports
Project Hours Reports
Complete payroll reconciliation on a monthly basis
Review and adjust PTO balances in general ledger monthly
Credit Card Reconciliation:
Update schedule and balance monthly to general ledger and make any necessary corrections
Review all OH and G&A expenses monthly
Maintain schedules for all Balance Sheet Accounts
Monthly distribution accruals (prepaid) and update schedules
Review Contract Revenue Summary (CRS) to determine any unbilled accruals necessary, while l
ooking for large profit/loss percentage and research with Job Summary report.
Review final Balance Sheet and Income Statement reports with Controller / CFO; Compare to prior months/years and make not of changes and potential causes for fluctuations
Prepare daily reports for Executives(Cash Balances, A/R Balances, A/P Balances, and Sales Information)
Prepare weekly sales reports
Maintain Fixed Asset Record and files and update in Viewpoint Spectrum
Eligibility Qualifications
Competency of Microsoft applications including Word & Excel (MAC preferred)
Understanding of GAAP
