Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

We pride ourselves on maintaining top-tier production facilities and are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our maintenance operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that all our industrial machinery and systems operate with maximum efficiency, reliability, and safety.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of the maintenance team to ensure optimal machine function and production continuity.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods across various machinery and systems.
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities, ensuring work is completed to high standards.
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders for new parts and supplies when necessary.
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation for all industrial equipment.
• Implement and oversee a preventive maintenance program to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Analyze machine breakdowns and facilitate continuous improvement to mitigate future breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental policies and regulations within the maintenance department.
• Manage contracts and relationships with external vendors and service providers.
• Prepare and control the annual maintenance budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Train and develop maintenance staff, promoting a culture of safety and awareness.
• Communicate regularly with management and production departments about maintenance issues and projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other industrial technologies.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems, including maintenance management software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar) are preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering is advantageous.

Working Conditions:

• This position may require working in varied environments, including high noise levels and regular exposure to elements such as dust and chemicals.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical capability to handle heavy machinery and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
