- Lead the development and implementation of the enterprise information security program.
- Conduct effective system-wide security capability analysis and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards related to cybersecurity and privacy.
- Develop and implement best practices for cybersecurity governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Provide leadership and project management expertise in cybersecurity initiatives.
- Conduct awareness and education programs to enhance organizational cybersecurity posture.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive security control portfolio to mitigate cybersecurity risks.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Security, Computer Science, or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent industrial and vendor security certifications preferred.
- Thorough understanding of cybersecurity principles, privacy principles, and organizational requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
