    Job Title: Cyber Security Risk Analyst

    Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Onsite 5 days)

    Duration Fulltime

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Risk Analyst to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. As a key member of our enterprise information security program, you will provide technical expertise and leadership in the development and implementation of robust cybersecurity measures. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of activities including system-wide security capability analysis, assurance testing, risk assessment, awareness and education initiatives, and the development of a comprehensive security control portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and implementation of the enterprise information security program.
    • Conduct effective system-wide security capability analysis and risk assessments.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards related to cybersecurity and privacy.
    • Develop and implement best practices for cybersecurity governance, compliance, and risk management.
    • Provide leadership and project management expertise in cybersecurity initiatives.
    • Conduct awareness and education programs to enhance organizational cybersecurity posture.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive security control portfolio to mitigate cybersecurity risks.

    Required Skills:

    • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on governance, compliance, and risk management.
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Security, Computer Science, or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
    • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent industrial and vendor security certifications preferred.
    • Thorough understanding of cybersecurity principles, privacy principles, and organizational requirements.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
