    *Position Summary*

    We are seeking a *Full-Time Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)* to join our growing therapy team. This role provides individualized speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy services to patients in their homes, helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life.

    *Key Responsibilities*

    * Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and/or swallowing disorders
    * Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient needs and goals
    * Provide skilled intervention and therapeutic activities to improve functional communication and safety
    * Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
    * Accurately document evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient progress in accordance with company and regulatory standards
    * Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals, strategies, and home programs
    * Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
    * Maintain compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory requirements

    *Qualifications*

    * Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program (required)
    * Active Kansas SLP license through the Kansas Board of Healing Arts (KSBHA) (required)
    * Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
    * Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
    * Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated
    * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
