    LHH is working with a client in Arlington, Tx to find an Accounts Payable Accounting Manager. This role will be responsible for supervising a team of 5 or more. After training this role will be hybrid.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise 5 or more employees
    • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
    • Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing

    Education and/or Experience

    • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Homebuilding industry experience using JD Edwards is a plus.

      Qualifications
    • Customer service mentality-Corporate Accounting is a support department
    • Initiative and ability to work with limited direction
    • Must successfully manage multiple projects and competing priorities
    • Strong professional communication skills-ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-accountants
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills a plus
    • Ability to travel
    Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
