    Operations Specialist

    Responsibilities include:

    • Handle purchasing of all products and materials.
    • Communicate effectively with vendors.
    • Manage inventory to ensure optimal levels.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including negotiating with suppliers from overseas to secure the best deals.
    • Utilize strong negotiation skills for rates, terms, and contracts.
    • Research potential new suppliers to expand the vendor base.
    • Evaluate the quality of products to ensure they meet company standards.


    What you need to succeed:

    • 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or buying.
    • Strong proficiency in Excel.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
