    Salary: $90,000-$120,000/YR

    Hybrid in Southlake, TX -- (Tuesday - Thursday onsite)

    Job Description:

    We are hiring a Data Analyst who is comfortable working across all aspects of data is isn't afraid to get their hands dirty We need a jack-of-all-trades type of Data expert. This individual would need to have prior healthcare data experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL):
    • Develop and maintain ETL processes using tools like Alteryx and SQL to extract, clean, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses.
    • Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data is prepared and transformed to meet their needs.
    • Optimize ETL processes for efficiency and performance.

    Data Warehouse Management:

    • Design and maintain data warehouses, ensuring they are organized, scalable, and optimized for analytical queries.
    • Manage data warehousing technologies, such as Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, or Microsoft Azure SQL Data Warehouse.
    • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency within the data warehouse.

    Database Management:

    • Administer and maintain SQL databases, implementing best practices for database design and performance tuning.
    • Collaborate with the DBA team to ensure data security, integrity, and backup procedures are in place.

    Data Integration:

    • Integrate data from a variety of sources, including APIs, third-party data providers, and internal systems.
    • Implement data pipelines for real-time and batch processing to support data needs throughout the organization.

    Tableau Integration:

    • Work closely with Tableau developers and users to create Tableau data sources and optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.
    • Ensure seamless integration between the data infrastructure and Tableau for interactive data visualization.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Data Analytics/Tableau with SQL/T SQL
    • Healthcare experience - predominantly within outpatient, specialty care
    • Great culture fit, soft skills including flexibility, grace under pressure, strong collaboration skills
    • Experience within a company backed by a private equity firm

    This Data Engineer position requires a candidate who is adept at managing data infrastructure, proficient in SQL and Alteryx, and capable of collaborating with Tableau developers to support data visualization needs across the organization. The ideal candidate should also have a solid foundation in data management, database systems, and data integration.
