    We are currently seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team at the company headquarters in Orlando, Florida. The Senior FP&A Analyst will contribute to corporate projections and possess a strong analytical approach, tactical awareness, and interpersonal skills.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Prepares budgets and forecasts for multiple lines of business
    • Prepares ad hoc analysis, providing insightful analysis & recommendations around business performance and trends
    • Creates and maintains financial models for new business opportunities (including M&A) and existing business operations; works collaboratively with department leaders to refine assumptions driving the models
    • Conducts variance analysis and communicates key drivers to leadership in order to support in strategic decision-making
    • Prepares and presents financial reports to financial and operational leaders, highlighting areas for optimization
    • Identifies opportunities to drive revenue and shareholder returns and communicates to
    • Senior Leadership and other stakeholders
    • Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual presentation materials for distribution to operational leadership
    • Drives process improvements to enhance efficiency & accuracy in reporting
    • Contributes to major projects and initiatives through timely analysis, insights and recommendations
    • Monitors key performance indicators and financial metrics to identify opportunities for business optimization
    • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

    Education and Experience Requested:

    • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field is required; MBA or CPA is preferred
    • At least four (4) years of relevant FP&A experience is required; experience in the commercial real estate industry is preferred
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel required, including the ability to write macros and utilize complex formulas
    • Significant analytical skillset, including utilization of BI and reporting tools
    • Understanding of accounting procedures and financial reports with ability to analyze variances
    • Business-minded, with the ability to correlate financial outcomes with operational inputs
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Proven record of providing excellent customer service, both internal and external
    • Effective time manager Proven ability to consistently manage multiple projects with accuracy and zero missed deadlines
    • Fast-paced and driven to succeed; ability to work efficiently autonomously or as a member of a team
    • Organized - Creates, implements, and utilizes efficient systems and methods to maintain a highly organized work product & process
