- Outpatient Experience is preferred.
- Will accept First Time Travelers.
- Will accept PTA.
- Float to other clinics is required.
- Facility Type: Outpatient
- 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.
- Productivity expectation is 60 visits/week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
- OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
- Weekly, On-Time Pay because that's how it should be.
