    Job Title: Convenience Store Manager Trainee

    Work Schedule: Full Time, (50 hours) Including open availability on nights & weekends.

    * Required to work a minimum of one weekend (Saturday & Sunday) per month, and a minimum of one (1) night shift per month

    you will have the opportunity to positively impact our growing business by participating in all aspects of the job. As a Manager Trainee, you will not be stuck doing one task, some responsibilities may include:

    • Assisting the Store Manager with:
      • Recruiting and training store staff
      • Meeting and/or exceeding performance and profit goals by executing sales strategies
      • Analyzing daily sales and expense information
      • Maintaining store and property conditions
      • Managing all aspects of the store operations such as scheduling and reporting
    • Operating the cash register in a fun and efficient manner
    • Assisting our customers with a smile, quick service, and a pleasant conversation
    • Keeping our coolers, shelves, counters, and sales area displays stocked so every customer finds their favorite product
    • Guiding Team Members through a variety of duties

    Requirements

    • Passion for people
    • Ability to stand, bend, or crouch for extended periods of time
    • Able to work in hot storage areas and cold coolers
    • Ability to lift and move at least fifty (50) pounds
    • Excellent communication and English skills
    • Valid drivers license and transportation required
    • Ability to travel to others stores as needed

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    For this position, a minimum of 1-3 years of Store Manager experience in the convenience store industry is preferred. Our Store Managers put customer service first They are self-motivated, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, and work as a team to accomplish goals.
