**Requirements**
**Job Requirements:**
Managing Regional Managers and their teams to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
Meeting with team members to identify and resolve areas of improvement
Ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively
Monitor the teams work time and timesheets on a daily basis
Manage large and diverse teams and projects simultaneously
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution
Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients
Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients
Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables
Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period
Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**
A Bachelors Degree in a related field (Masters preferred)
8+ years of District Management or related experience
6+ years of people management experience (healthcare industry highly preferred)
4+ years of start up experience
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelin
Must be able to travel at least 80% of the time
Must be able to manage multiple sites
**Team Creation:**
***Ideal candidate would rapidly be able to build their own team. Must be able to bring in leadership team including 3 Regional Managers and up to 5 Site Supervisors in order to help manage state of Wisconsin. Must be able to create this team within 2 weeks of starting.***
