    Description
    Position Overview RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting J3 Current Operations Integrator/Senior Contract Manager in MacDill AFB, FL in support of SOCSOUTH. This position is contingent upon contract award.

    Roles and Responsibilities * Manage all FTEs and be responsible for the overall execution of the contract including technical and quality control oversight and have a detailed knowledge of the daily activities associated with the contract.

    The SCPM shall track current and future operations and make recommendations both internal and external to SOCSOUTH.

    • Maintain a SME level of operational tempo and is the conduit for all items coming to/from SOCSOUTH HQ, as well as the primary monitoring center for all operational activities within the USSOUTHCOM AOR. The SCPM is required to maintain a high level of situational awareness for all activities occurring within the SOCSOUTH sphere of influence acting as the JOD floor manager.
    • Supervise and lead the Battlewatch Support Team, providing oversight and management of all Battlewatch Specialists. Maintain awareness of JOD/J3 activities and provide leadership, mentorship, training, and knowledge management requirements to all subordinate Battlewatch specialists.
    • Recommend all procedural and/or contractual changes necessary to gain/optimize internal efficiencies.
    • Monitor daily activities of all contact personnel; ensures satisfactory completion of all assigned work across the contract. Resolve issues that may arise in the completion of all assigned work across entire contract, tasks and objectives, and reporting requirements in a timely manner.
    • Oversee and perform quality checks of deliverables produced by all contract personnel.
    • Work in the J3 Current Operations Division (or as required by the J3 Director) and coordinate workflow across all J3 Divisions, particularly taskings that require workflow across multiple divisions and directorates within SOCSOUTH HQs.
    • Maintain SME-level knowledge of operational-level details associated with operations, actions, and investments of USSOF within the USSOUTHCOM AOR.
    • Maintain SME-level knowledge of all mission related activities within the JOD and J3.
    • Maintain a high level of situational awareness of internal and external Command requirements and suspense.
    • Proactively search for organizational problems and advises J3 Director and Division Chiefs regarding projects, tasks, and operations problem-solving.
    • Advise the J3 Director and Division Chiefs on designs/changes to J3 processes to maximize staffing efficiencies.
    • Maintain daily JOD/operations schedule for all activities occurring within the SOCSOUTH J3. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to achieve long-term Command objectives.
    • Compile/build weekly and monthly reporting requirements (e.g., SITREPS, Activity Reports, yearly reports etc.)
    • Compile/build Command Update briefings, as required.
    • Maintain daily communications with counterparts at USSOCOM, USSOUTHCOM, JFLCC, JFACC, JFMCC, JTF-B, JIATF-S, and JTF-4. Relays information from counterparts to appropriate J3 staff for situational awareness/execution.
    Required Qualifications and Experience * 10 years SOF military experience with 3 years of experience working within or for a HQs focused within the USSOUTHCOM AOR

    • Served a minimum of 2 years in an operational or strategic level headquarters (O-6 HQs or above) with demonstrated experience of managing reporting requirements, coordinating daily operational meetings with higher headquarters.
    • Served in supervisory positions for minimum of 3 years, demonstrating an experience to serve as a senior contract manager for up to 23 FTE contract employees.
    • Shall possess and maintain a current TS/SCI clearance.
