    Job Brief:

    The Pipeline Operations Department is seeking a Technical Program Manager - The TPM role is inherently cross-functional, requiring demonstrated ability to remove ambiguity, manage dependencies, communicate up and down the organization, and dive deep into technical details. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring clarity of project/program goals and outlining the execution plans to achieve them.

    Responsibilities:

    • Program and Project manage various initiatives within the Marketing portfolio
    • Responsible for building and maintaining alignment across multiple teams, keeping a focus on execution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
    • Take a hands-on and proactive approach to unblock progress and drive delivery
    • Employ strong communication strategies to establish effective partnerships providing clear and crisp transparency to the status and progress of initiatives at all levels of the organization

    Skills:

    • 8+ years of experience in project or program management in a Cloud first organization, with a focus on internal business systems (for example Adobe, , Workday, etc.)
    • Strong technical aptitude; experience working hand-in-hand with business systems' technical owners, configuration administrators, software engineers and/or business process owners
    • Excellent verbal and written communication; experience effectively communicating and presenting to teams located across different locations and people ranging from individual team members to C-level executives
    • Knowledge and demonstrated ability in working with project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Google Workspace, Smartsheet, Jira, Slack, Zoom, etc.
    • Self-starter able to work well in an ambiguous and constantly changing, fast paced environment.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Training in Project Management Methodology
