    **Family-Focused Opportunity for Married Couples**: We are seeking married couples to serve as full-time Houseparents at a renowned educational institution. As a Houseparent, you will play a vital role in creating a structured and nurturing environment that fosters the academic, emotional, and social development of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.


    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students
    • Manage household routines and student schedules effectively
    • Administer medications and ensure student wellness through regular check-ups with healthcare professionals
    • Foster positive relationships with students by engaging them in recreational activities such as sports, arts & crafts etc.
    The successful candidate couple will reside on-campus in one of our cozy homes equipped with modern amenities.
    For those who thrive in fast-paced environments working 9 consecutive days followed by three off-days could be beneficial experience which also offers flexibility when it comes time select weekends spend together!
