    We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as part of our Agency Owner Development Program.

    About the Program

    The Agency Owner Development Program is a 6-12 month development program designed for entrepreneurs who want a clear path to agency ownership with Farmers Insurance.

    You will work under an established, top-producing mentor agent and have access to training and resources to ensure your future success as an agency owner.

    Your Responsibilities

    Responsibilities
    1. Present prospective customers with the best insurance policy options to meet their needs after assessing their individual circumstances and goals.
    2. Makes phone calls, writes text messages, and sends emails to increase sales revenue from potential customers.
    3. Creates new and continued business by uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products.
    4. Hits outlined business production objectives so the agency meets its overall financial goals.
    5. Generates accurate insurance quotes by leveraging accurate data, customer information, and available insurance rates.
    6. Handles customer inquiries.
    7. Sells and solicits/provides information about the products and services.
    8. Troubleshoots and resolves product issues and concerns.
    9. Documents and updates customer records based on interactions.
    10. Develops and maintains a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

    Requirements
    • Successful completion of a background check is required.
    • One year minimum sales experience preferred.
    • Proven leadership and communication skills.
    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
    • Ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Positive and professional demeanor.
