Our client is seeking a professional Housekeeper / Laundress to support their family of four in New Canaan, CT.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, proactive, and work efficiently around the family as to not disrupt daily flow of the household.

Responsibilities:
Daily cleaning of the 9,000-sf home.
Organizing throughout the homeLaundry for the family of fourLaundering bedroom linens weekly. (Ironing sheets)

Watching over the children (ages 14 and 11) when the parents have evening eventsFlexibility to spend overnights when the parents travelRequirements: 5+ years of similar experience with one familyPrevious experience working with high end home finishes, antiques, and fine linensValid driver's license and clean driving recordFlexibility to stay late or arrive early as requested by the familyFlexibility to spend overnights as neededExcellent laundress SkillsOutstanding, verifiable referencesSchedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm (Flexibility required)

Salary:
$30 - $35 an hour
