    Job title: Analyst, Credit Risk Administration

    Description

    The Webster Bank Rotational Program is a career development opportunity for recent graduates to acquire business unit and organizational knowledge, gain exposure to senior leadership, have access to a formal mentor, and accelerate their development at Webster through structured learning programs.


    Key responsibilities include supporting C&I and CRE Deputy Chief Credit Officers on data analytics or special projects, taking notes on Credit Committee deal discussions and publishing them to deal teams, and collaborating with other functions across the bank through project work.



    Required Skills



    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;

    • Candidates should be able to create PivotTables in Excel,

      • Create graphs and charts in Excel,; candidates should utilize VLOOKUP function,i>i;i;iFor example you may use Python programming language.,presentations complete with analytical charts graphics utilizing the MS office suite.
