- 5-day week, with managements option of 6 days during seasonal periods of high volume
- Proactively engage customers and sell Harley-Davidson merchandise including riding gear, apparel, home accessories, etc., suggest special promotions, ask for the sale, overcome objections,and more
- Develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and referrals
- Ensure merchandise displays are appealing, stocked, and clean
- Stock displays
- Assist customers with merchandise returns
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Retail sales experience and weekend availability is required
- Friendly, positive and honest with good sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal oriented and self-motivated to succeed
- Good computer and organizational skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Cashier experience
- Passion for motorcycles & adventurous outdoor activities is a plus
