Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Medical Malpractice Paralegal. The Medical Malpractice Paralegal will be responsible for assisting in all phases of litigation relating to medical malpractice cases. They will gather and analyze medical records, assist in drafting legal documents, conduct legal research, and provide support during trial preparation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certificate in Paralegal Studies or a related field
• Experience working as a paralegal in a law firm, preferably with experience in medical malpractice
• Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation related to medical malpractice cases
• Proficiency in conducting legal research and using legal research tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
