    ABOUT THIS ROLE
    St. Michaels is hiring a

    Program Manager

    to oversee a Department of Homeland Security contract. As the

    Program Manager,


    you will provide oversight and guidance to a contractor team performing capability requirements development using DHSs Joint Requirements Integration and Management System (JRIMS).

    This client-facing role will benefit from your previous experience developing capability requirements documents and performing integrated master scheduling for major projects.

    will be paramount to this role as you will represent St. Michaels to the DHS client and be responsible for cost, schedule, and performance of the JRIMS contract.


    LOCATION
    Washington, DC


    WHO YOU ARE
    10 years of experience related to JRIMS requirements document generation and using integrated master schedules (IMS)
    5 years of management experience
    4 years of experience as a primary IMS scheduler
    Experience with the DHS acquisition process as guided by DHS Instruction Acquisition Management
    Masters degree in a relevant field such as Master of Project Management or Master of Business Administration.
    Ability to successfully pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint check.


    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
    Serving as the central point of contact for the DHS JRIMS Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity contract
    Solely responsible for successfully managing cost, schedule, and performance for all awarded task orders in accordance with the Statement of Work
    Coordinating with the government point of contact and contractor team to resolve contract issues
    Coordinating with St. Michaels Contracts Manager to ensure all necessary contractual and task order documents are in place to authorize performance
    Working with recruiters to staff task order positions with qualified personnel within the required timeframe
    Managing gross margin and profit for the DHS JRIMS IDIQ
    Managing contract performance to maximize Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) ratings
