Walt Disney Imagineering: is the creative force behind Disney theme parks, resorts, attractions, and cruise ships globally, blending storytelling, art, science, and technology to create immersive experiences for families worldwide.

Imagineer Responsibilities:

Develop risk analysis and provide management advice.
Establish technical and project FPE process strategies and standards.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Authority Having Jurisdiction.
Lead an engineering team in designing systems for parks and resorts.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

B.S. in Fire Protection Engineering or related field.
10+ years of relevant experience.
Deep understanding of project budgets, schedules, and delivery requirements.
State Professional Engineering License in Fire Protection Engineering.
Ability to develop system-level designs for integration.
Understanding of key project fields beyond FPE.
Willingness to travel when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or Master's degree.
15+ years of experience.

Hiring range in California: $123,000 to $165,000 annually. Compensation considers internal equity, geographic region, skills, and experience. Additional incentives may be included in the package.
