    Description

    The Position

    Vince is looking for a dynamic Part-Time Key Holder with strong customer service skills in Carlsbad, California.

    As a Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and nurturing customer relationships at our retail stores.

    • Demonstrate excellent customer interaction skills to identify and fulfill customer needs effectively.
    • Continuously engage with clients post-sale by collecting contact information and maintaining communication through various channels.
    • Maintain store appearance standards including receiving merchandise, setting up displays, and handling markdowns.
    • Operate point-of-sale and email systems efficiently.

    Salary Range

    The expected hourly salary range for this role is $17 to $20. Actual pay will be based on experience, skills, and location.

    What You'll Be Responsible For:

    • Achieving personal sales and productivity targets set by the store manager.
    • Showcasing product features to maximize sales opportunities.
    • Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and addressing any concerns.
    • Developing client relationships through follow-up calls, emails, and other means.
    • Ensuring store cleanliness and visual standards.
    • Utilizing computer skills for POS and email operations.
    • Protecting store inventory by following loss prevention guidelines.
    • Adhering to store policies and procedures.
    • Managing client contacts and relationships.

    Qualifications/Experience We're Seeking:

    • Experience in luxury retail sales preferred.
    • Sales-focused and goal-driven.
    • Positive, energetic, and customer-centric attitude.
    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in using retail POS systems, Word, Excel, and email.
    • Capability to lift items up to 15 pounds and use ladders/stairs.
