Job Summary
This position oversees medication distribution at Glass Peaks Senior Living in Toledo OH.
Responsibilities
- Oversees medication distribution as stated on physician orders ensuring strict adherence to Community medication management documentation and procedure demonstrating steadfast dedication to resident safety
- Cultivates communication between physicians healthcare providers and family fostering an effective exchange of communication pertaining to the physical mental and social well being of our residents
- Contributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance participation in educational seminars staff meetings and other learning experience
