Job Description
To support Continuing Education by providing administrative support to the department.
To serve as the primary administrative professional who answers department phones and emails, monitors office supplies, oversees essential copying/printing services, schedules meetings, and assists faculty, students, and visitors with issues.
Prepare program related administrative, logistical support, and correspondence to students, instructors, membership organizations, etc. with accuracy and in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external CE customers.Type of Recruitment
Knowledge, skills and abilities
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office. Some knowledge of customer service and organization skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact and assist the public, in person and via email and phone.
