- 5 years of related technical experience
- Proficient in C/C++ in an embedded environment
- Proficient in coding for various operating systems including Linux
- Experience with Python

- Understanding of and experience with TCP/IP and UDP sockets programming
- Experience with real-time Hardware In The Loop
- Experience with high-speed serial communications

We are seeking a Senior Firmware Engineering Lead who will support various ongoing programs within the Software, Cyber, and Intelligence Division. You will design, document, implement and test software/firmware for commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom electronic hardware for laboratory and/or military applications. You must be self-motivated, team orientated, and possess flexibility given our dynamic product development environment. The duties will include, but not be limited to, assisting with design, assembly, integration, and testing of embedded firmware, electronic assemblies, and systems. Identification of risks and the ability to formulate mitigation strategies and plans is required.
