Job Summary

The Parts Counterperson sells parts to customers and assists with selecting required parts.
Sells parts to all customers over the counter via email or on the phone specifically the parts counter person:

  • Assist all customers both retail and shop in selecting required parts Share the cost and availability of the parts.
  • Inform customer of companion part requirements and specials ensure that the customer is exposed to full product line.
