is seeking a qualified Unified Communications Operational Engineer to join our Defense Enclave Services (DES) team at Fort Meade, MD
The selected candidate will support an extensive digital modernization program critical to DISA and Fourth Estate Agencies
You will support information technology discovery, optimization, and transformation into a centralized, operational enterprise

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure and troubleshoot QoS classification, marking and prioritization of network traffic (voice, critical applications, etc.).
• Manage, configure, and assure service supporting all aspects of a voice, video, and data network.
• Advance troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network problems for routing, switching, security and large scale voice implementations.
• Develop/design communication systems and documents.
• Support maintaining a large, complex, and highly resilient IP voice and video communications infrastructure.
• Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager and or Avaya Aura soft switches.
• Experience with Oracle SBCs and other voice media gateway appliances.
• Support distributed firewall infrastructure.
• Create/support IPSec MPLS VPN infrastructure.
• Experience implementing and supporting BGP routing protocols

Qualifications:

• Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
