    Description
    Our client is looking for a Financial Analyst who will be responsible for the preparation of daily/weekly sales reports and assist in the calculation of commissions in accordance with the companys approved compensation plans

    Responsibilities include:


    Issuance of daily order and weekly shipments reports, used by management to judge status of the business compared to forecast, budget and prior yearMaintenance of sales standings for all of the sales reps/managers by region/businessAssist in the administration of all approved sales and clinical compensation plans and process commissions and bonus calculations to ensure proper and timely paymentDevelop and prepare ad hoc reports for business needsAdminister the corporate automobile fleet program, which includes ordering, maintaining, and driver requests/issuesAssist in the management of commercial insurance policies, which includes renewal process, claims, and customer certificate requests.

    Other month-end duties, such as sales database preparation for revenue reporting

    Position Specifications:
    Knowledge/Educational RequirementsCollege degree and/or 3 -5 years equivalent experience in a financial analyst roleStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of ERP/CRM Systems: SAP, Salesforce and Business Intelligence knowledge a plusExperience with fleet management and/or corporate insurance administration a plusSkills and AbilitiesStrong understanding of creating and manipulating
