- Manager, Infrastructure, will join the company and head up their entire Infrastructure stack – it's definitely hands-on and also with formal leadership. Network (Ubiquiti), Security (MS Defender... configuring policies/alerts, response, monitoring access points), MS Exchange, Procurement (setting up software on laptops and setting up security groups, buying laptops, etc.).
- – this Manager, Infrastructure will have one direct report underneath them to help them drive the success of the company's IT Infrastructure. There is a separate DevOps Engineering and Software Engineering teams. This person will report to the VP, Technology.
- Technically – they're of the mind of adopting technology to increase speed and increase velocity in the business being able to make decisions.

What will I be doing and who with?
Why this role, group, company?
Autonomy and ownership – this Manager, Infrastructure will of course keep leadership abreast and updated; this is their baby though. They will be the primary POC of the infrastructure from a support perspective. It's a team environment, folks will defer to this person.
Company – fun, laid back and casual dressed (Jeans and T-Shirt type environment), energetic, the opposite of forced formality.
Future in the role – this person will grow and the company will continue to do so too. This is down the line... if a role, though, in Management or Leadership is of interest, there will likely be a team built out (Helpdesk, for example) that this person would lead.
Grow your skill set – if interested in growing, be on calls from a DevOps or Software Engineering perspective. Those relationships with other teams are part of this company's culture, so there is an opportunity to grow technically as well.
