- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with industry-applicable tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Abilityto follow work flow through cell phone, email, and other means
- Ability to work minimum 40 hr/wk
- Repair, install, and adjust applicable parts and services on trailers, chassis, and trucks
- Troubleshoot and repair defective parts and equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Work from communication sent out by dispatching team and supervisor
- Be detailed in work and keep open communication between yourself, supervisor, and dispatch team
