    Job Description

    Odd Fellows Home, our Assisted Living Facility on campus, is seeking out professional individuals with medication administration experience (no certification required). If you are passionate about delivering the highest standard of service to the elderly community and enjoy a fast-paced environment where you can also build your experience in the healthcare field, we would value having you on our team of devoted staff.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES
    • Administering medications by the 5 rights while utilizing the electronic MAR
    • Administering insulin and CBG checks under the delegation of facility RN
    • Consistent and thorough documentation
    • Ordering medications promptly
    • Executing narcotic count and giving/ receiving a thorough shift report at the beginning and end of each shift
    • Maintaining quality communication with facility nurse/ RCC as well as with care staff on the floor
    • Maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents
    • Completing ongoing monthly education

    • $ $26.75 Depending on years of experience

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Minimum of six months of medication administration experience
    • Able to demonstrate the ability to take basic vital signs
    • Ability to navigate electronic MAR
    • Must have multi-tasking skills
