Coordinate the translation and reproduction of member communications into multiple languages and formats. Review translated materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards. Assist in the translation and editing of a variety of documents and materials. Collaborate with external vendors to produce high-quality translated content . Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of professional project management experience.
Fluent in English and Chinese (reading, writing, speaking) Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and quick turnaround times.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel High speed internet at home as well as a designated, quiet home office space; previous remote/work from home experience highly preferred.
