    Corvid is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to oversee all aspects of the company's treasury function, including cash management, senior debt financing, and financial reporting. This position will play a critical role in optimizing access to capital to finance the explosive growth and the company's strategic objectives.

    What Youll Do:

    • Strategically plan and allocate cash and access to capital, including discussions and presentations with the executive team.
    • Conduct thorough cash flow analysis, reconciliations, and projections for future investments.
    • Maintain relationships with banking partners and other financial institutions to ensure access to capital and banking services.
    • Evaluate and manage financial risks, including interest rate risk and credit risk.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations related to treasury operations, including bank covenant calculations.
    • Evaluate the cost of capital, assess interest rates, and devise future financing strategies.
