- Implement CQA program by overseeing testing activities and managing lab staff
- Provide technical assistance for construction of earthworks and structures
- Monitor project progress, ensure quality control, and document work issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and attend project meetings
- Write technical reports summarizing inspection findings
- Assist with risk assessment, work plan preparation, and staff training
- Engage with clients and contractors to schedule project inspections
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed
- BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field experience
- 7+ years in heavy civil construction, preferably in phosphogypsum stack closure
- Strong knowledge of earthwork, civil construction, and soil mechanics
- Experience with drilling, investigations, and testing
- Good communication, time management, and client interaction skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must pass background check and have a satisfactory driving record
- Experience in earth dams, mining, and construction QAQC
- Knowledge of stormwater/process water management
