    JOB SUMMARY


    As an HR Specialist you will play a pivotal role in providing HR support and expertise to our client organization.

    Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR process improvement.

    The successful candidate will have a strong HR background, excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.


    Recruitment and Onboarding:
    Assist in recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting virtual interviews.
    Support new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
    New Hire Training and Onboarding in ADP


    Employee Relations:
    Act as a point of contact for employees and managers to address HR-related questions and concerns.
    Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, maintaining a respectful and inclusive workplace.


    Compliance and Documentation:
    Maintain HR records and documentation to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including I-9 processing
    Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness.


    HR Process Improvement:
    Collaborate with the HR team to identify process optimization and efficiency opportunities.
    Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    Minimum 1 year of HR experience with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
    Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, committed to providing exceptional customer service to employees.
    Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
    Proficiency in using HR software and systems, ADP required
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
